- changing wheel lines -operating tractors and hay equipment -general labor - Cleaning and maintaining farm buildings and equipment Experience - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Familiarity with farming practices and techniques is a plus Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance - Knowledge of growing crops and gardening techniques As a Farm Laborer, you will be an integral part of our farm operation.
You will work alongside our team to ensure the successful growth and maintenance of our crops.
This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
